Frequently Asked Questions

How Do I Create An Account ?

  1. Click “Login” at the top right of the screen.
  2. Under ‘New Customers’ click the ‘Create an Account’ button.
  3. Enter your details ensuring you fill out the required fields identified by a red asterix.
  4. Click on the "Continue" button to submit the form.
  5. This will direct you to your dashboard where you can begin browsing and adding lollies to your cart.


I Have Lost My Password. How Do I Log In ?

  1. Go to the home page and click on the "log in" link.
  2. Next the log in page will be displayed, then click on the link named "Password Forgotten".
  3. Enter your email address (the same as you use to log in with).
  4. Click on the "Continue" button. (This will send you an e-mail message containing your NEW password for you to nter in back at the Confectionary Warehouse website)


How Do I Change My Password ?

  1. Go to the home page and click on the "log in" link.
  2. Next the log in page will be displayed, please complete the “log in” form".
  3. This will direct you to your dashboard, where account information will be displayed.
  4. Click on the "Change Password" link which will be displayed underneath your mail address.
  5. Complete the "My Password" form with your current & new password.
  6. Click on the "Save" button to submit the password change.


How Do I Change My Delivery Address ?

  1. Go to the home page and click on the "log in" link.
  2. Next the log in page will be displayed, please complete the “log in” form.
  3. This will direct you to your dashboard, where account information will be displayed.
  4. Click on “My Address” which will take you to a form where you can enter and edit your details.
  5. Once you have completed this click “Save Address” in the bottom right hand corner of your screen.
  6. DO NOT navigate away without saving, your changes will not be kept.


How Do I Add Products To My Shopping Cart ?

  1. Browse through the product categories in the left hand side panel.
  2. Once you have found a product you wish to add to your cart click on the “Add To Cart” button.
  3. Then enter the quantity required into the box (infront of the "add to cart" button).
  4. Enter your quantity on the right hand side under “QTY” (if you change the quantity hit “update Shopping Cart”).
  5. If you wish to add more products simple cick “Continue Shopping on the left hand side underneath the items in your shopping cart.
  6. If you wish to finish your transaction click “Proceed To Checkout”.
  7. If you wish to delete an item, simply click the trash can icon on the right hand side of the item name.


 How Do I Use The Checkout ?

  1. Click on the "Proceed To Checkout" bottom right hand side of the checkout .
  2. Next the "Billing Information" page will be displayed, which is where you put the address you wish your receipt/billing information to be sent to. If this address is the same the confectionary will be sent to click “Ship to the address”, if not, click “ship to different address.
  3. If “Ship to different address” was slected, wfill in where you would like your confectionary sent to.
  4. Once you reach “Payment Information” fll out required fields. 
  5. All information of your checkout is displayed on the right. Review this and f all is correct hit “continue”.
  6. Lastly the "Order Review" page will appear. Check your order details and click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button to finish.
  7. Be sure to check your email for your order confirmation.
