Orders for Delivery  

International Customers:
Deliveries within Australia: We accept online international orders but only for delivery within Australia. So if you have a special person you wish to send a treat to, you can buy online with us and we will arrange the delivery.

Deliveries outside Australia: Please use the contact us page or email: admin@confectionerywarehouse.com.au with your order request and we will contact you regarding payment and delivery.

Australian Customers:
We ship to all states and cities in Australia including: New South Wales (NSW), Victoria (VIC), Australian Capital Territory (ACT), Queensland (QLD), South Australia (SA), Tasmania (TAS), Western Australia (WA), Northern Territory (NT), Adelaide, Brisbane, Cairns, Canberra, Darwin, Gladstone, Gold Coast, Hobart, Melbourne, Noosa, Perth, Rockhampton, Sunshine Coast, Sydney, Townsville, Tweed Heads.   

* Please Note: We only deliver within Australia & don't deliver to P.O Box Addresses.

* Please Note: The Polystyrene Boxes used for delivering orders are NOT to be used for storage.
If products are left in the box, the taste of the chocolate will become tainted by the polystyrene. 
Tom's confectionery warehouse will not accept responsibility, replacement stock at our cost or refund any money, if products are stored in the polystryene delivery box after receiving the delivery.

South East Queensland Area:

• Brisbane CBD & local surrounding suburbs deliveries start from $7.70 inc GST for up to 25kg's per parcel.

• Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast & Some Country Areas start from $10.00 inc GST for you to 25kg's per parcel.

Sydney Area:

• Sydney CBD & local surrounding suburbs deliveries start from $15.00 inc GST for up to 5kg's.

• Each additional 5kg's over the 5kg's total will cost $3.85 per order.(e.g. Up to 10kg. $15+$3.85= $18.85)

Melbourne Area:

• Melbourne CBD & local surrounding suburbs deliveries start from $18.00 inc GST for up to 5kg's.

• Each additional 5kg's over the 5kg's total will cost $3.85 per order.(e.g. Up to 10kg. $18+$3.85=$21.85)

Adelaide Area:

• Adelaide CBD & local surrounding suburbs deliveries start from $25.00 inc GST for up to 5kg's.

• Each additional 5kg's over the 5kg's total will cost $3.85 per order.(e.g. Up to 10kg. $25+$3.85=$28.85)

Perth Area:

• Perth CBD & local surrounding suburbs deliveries start from $29.65 inc GST for up to 5kg's.

• Each additional 5kg's over the 5kg's total will cost $3.85 per order. (e.g. Up to 10kg. $29.65+$3.85=$33.50)

• Due to the distance between Brisbane and Perth there is a 7 to 10 day delivery time frame for all orders.

Tasmania:

• All Deliveries are arranged using Australia Post only.

• We only charge the Australia POST online quoting system rates plus a $5.50 handling.

  Orders for Local Pickup  

• Brisbane area only.

• Place your order online and as soon as it is ready to be picked up we will contact you.
