  • Do you offer and Click and Collect option?
We do have a pick-up in store option. It’s a minimum 48 hour turn around. If the order is placed Friday afternoon the order will be processed Monday. Please wait for your confirmation email to come down to the store to pick-up.

 

  • Does your online store stock reflect the Hendra store stock?

No. At this current point in time the online store does not reflect what stock we have in store and vice versa.

 

  • Do you offer Afterpay in store?
No. Afterpay is only for orders placed on the website.

 

  • Do you always have stock of every product online?
We try to keep as much stock as we can. If you have ordered a product that has become out of stock you will be notified by email and the stock will be ordered from a supplier. If the stock is unable to be ordered you will be asked if you would like something in replacement or a refund on the item.

 

  • What are your delivery options?
We use Fastway and Australia Post Standard.

 

  • What are your delivery times?
This is depended on Fastway and Australia Post Standard. Fastway offer 1 - 2 business day turnaround from when your parcel is dispatched from our warehouse. Areas include: Brisbane, Central Coast, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Sydney. You will receive an email with the tracking number of your goods.

 

  • What hours is your store open?
9:00am to 6:00pm Sun – Wed, 8:00am to 8:00pm Thu – Sat

  • Do you have a certain lolly that I remember from my childhood?
We try to keep every lolly/chocolate you can think of but sometimes companies decide they want to destroy your childhood nostalgia and delete the lines you love, but don’t worry we are sure you will find something new to fall in love with at our store.
