- Do you offer and Click and Collect option?
We are working on offering this option to customers in future but for now we welcome you to come in store and see all that we have to offer.
- Does your online store stock reflect the Hendra store stock?
We are also working on ensuring stock levels are viewable online with our Brisbane and Melbourne Store. Please be advised that whilst every effort is made to ensure accuracy there is always potential for the stock amounts displayed to have inaccuracies.
- Do you always have stock of every product online?
We try to keep as much stock as we can. If you have ordered a product that has become out of stock you will be notified by email and the stock will be ordered from a supplier. If the stock is unable to be ordered you will be asked if you would like something in replacement or a refund on the item.
- What are your delivery options?
We have one set delivery method and are generally sending out packages within 2 business days from your order being placed.
- What are your delivery times?
This is depended on our postal provide. Generally for metro areas once posted they are received in 2-3 business. Areas outside metro areas and locations on the west coast generally arrive within 5-7 business days.

Brisbane:
Weekdays: 10am - 8pm - Saturday: 8am - 6pm - Sunday: 8am - 4pm

Weekdays: 10am - 10pm - Saturday: 8am - 8pm - Sunday: 8am - 6pm
