We do have a pick-up in store option. It’s a minimum 24 hours turn around. Please wait for your confirmation email advising the pick up is ready before you come down to the store to pick-up.
Do you offer and Click and Collect option?
- Does your online store stock reflect the Hendra store stock?
No. At this current point in time the online store does not reflect what stock we have in store and vice versa. It’s always best to come and visit to see what is in stock plus our newly renovated warehouse is a really fun place to visit!
We try to keep as much stock as we can. If you have ordered a product that has become out of stock you will be notified by email and the stock will be ordered from a supplier. If the stock is unable to be ordered you will be asked if you would like something in replacement or a refund on the item.

We use Fastway and Australia Post Standard.
- What are your delivery options?
This is depended on Fastway and Australia Post Standard. Fastway offer 1 - 2 business day turnaround from when your parcel is dispatched from our warehouse. Areas include: Brisbane, Central Coast, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Sydney. You will receive an email with the tracking number of your goods.
