How it works

  • Submit your dream: Fill out the questionnaire to share your dream, your story, and why it’s important to you.
  • Selection process: Our team reviews each submission to ensure eligibility and priorities those linked to health or urgent family needs.
  • Review & Communication: Selected applicants will be contacted for additional details or support.
  • Dream fulfillment: If chosen, we work closely to make your dream a reality, sharing inspiring results to encourage others.

Eligibility & Dream priorities

We priorities dreams that relate to:

  • Serious illness, urgent health needs, or medical hardship.
  • Family emergencies, support for children, or overcoming major adversity.
  • Circumstances where a fulfilled dream would create genuine, lasting positive impact.

Dreams focused on luxury, possessions, or material desires (such as cars, expensive travel, or status items) cannot be considered, so we can focus our resources on those most in need.

Our commitment

We aim to support dreams that are critical and life-changing, especially those connected to health, family, or overcoming extreme adversity. All submissions are reviewed with care and respect. Our resources are limited—unfortunately, this means we can't fulfill every dream, but we promise to consider every story with empathy.

Selection process

  • Dreams are reviewed and selected based on urgency, impact, and need.
  • Dreams related to urgent health care, severe hardship, or critical family situations are prioritized.
  • Material or luxury-based dreams, or requests unrelated to major hardship, will not be eligible.

Confidentiality & Compassion

By participating, you acknowledge and agree that the company may share the stories of individuals helped through its programs on its social media channels. We will always respect your dignity, privacy, and ensure stories are presented with care and compassion.

Final decisions

The Dr Sugar team makes final decisions on all selections and may contact you for further information.
Not all dreams can be fulfilled, but all stories are valued and considered.
