We try to keep as much stock as we can. If you have ordered a product that has become out of stock you will be notified by email and the stock will be ordered from a supplier. If the stock is unable to be ordered you will be asked if you would like something in replacement or a refund on the item.
This is depended on our postal provide. Generally for metro areas once posted they are received in 2-3 business. Areas outside metro areas and locations on the west coast generally arrive within 5-7 business days.
Please contact our customer support immediately, including a photo of the issue if possible. We will offer a replacement or a refund based on the situation.
