Among the traditional Turkish desserts this product is the most difficult and laborious to make. The essence of Pismaniye consists of flour, sugar and oil. The patisserie dough prepared by roasting flour and oil is spread in sufficient quantity on the machine used for making patisserie. The sugar, which has reached its degree, is poured into the resting benches to be cooled. The cooled and whitened sugar is combined with the previously prepared dough in the machine and its construction begins.
After completing the formation of the pismaniye, it is plucked and rested, and finally, thanks to dexterous hands, it is made "ball-ball" with anti-bacterial glasses. After this stage, the boxed and packaged candies are made ready for distribution and sale.

I ordered 1kg of Allseps fruity frogs and and 1kg of Allseps snakes for an environmental festival, to give away to the public as a prize for completing our native animal quiz. All the recipients seemed happy to eat them and lots of kids wanted to do the quiz again to get more lollies. I'll be ordering again for our next event. Great value and love the animal shapes and bright, mixed colours - they taste great too!

We try to keep as much stock as we can. If you have ordered a product that has become out of stock you will be notified by email and the stock will be ordered from a supplier. If the stock is unable to be ordered you will be asked if you would like something in replacement or a refund on the item.
This is depended on our postal provide. Generally for metro areas once posted they are received in 2-3 business. Areas outside metro areas and locations on the west coast generally arrive within 5-7 business days.
