The essence of Pismaniye consists of flour, sugar and oil. The patisserie dough prepared by roasting flour and oil is spread in sufficient quantity on the machine used for making patisserie. The cooled and whitened sugar is combined with the previously prepared dough in the machine and its construction begins.
After completing the formation of the pismaniye, it is plucked and rested, and finally, thanks to dexterous hands, it is made "ball-ball" with anti-bacterial glasses. After this stage, the boxed and packaged candies are made ready for distribution and sale.
