    I ordered 1kg of Allseps fruity frogs and and 1kg of Allseps snakes for an environmental festival, to give away to the public as a prize for completing our native animal quiz. All the recipients seemed happy to eat them and lots of kids wanted to do the quiz again to get more lollies. I'll be ordering again for our next event.     We try to keep as much stock as we can. If you have ordered a product that has become out of stock you will be notified by email and the stock will be ordered from a supplier. If the stock is unable to be ordered you will be asked if you would like something in replacement or a refund on the item.

    This is depended on our postal provide. Generally for metro areas once posted they are received in 2-3 business. Areas outside metro areas and locations on the west coast generally arrive within 5-7 business days. 

    Please contact our customer support immediately, including a photo of the issue if possible. We will offer a replacement or a refund based on the situation.
